Founder & Managing Director
David Ludykar founded Cosmetic Labsolutions in 2013 and has grown it into a specialized German cosmetic development and manufacturing partner.
With a Ph.LIC in Chemistry and over 20 years of experience spanning lab management, product development, and regulatory affairs, he ensures CLS products are designed for stability, manufacturability, safety, and EU compliance from the outset.
Under his leadership, CLS guides brands from initial concept to finished product - covering formulation, testing, manufacturing, and regulatory documentation - with a focus on premium skincare and haircare that meets professional standards.
Technical Assistant
Maik Rogoll joined Cosmetic Labsolutions in 2019 as Technical Assistant.
He plays an important role in maintaining CLS’s structured technical documentation, including our database of more than 1,000 cosmetic ingredients, INCI records, formulations and testing reports, using the professional cosmetic software Metics™.
In addition to documentation and formulation data management, Maik supports the laboratory and production teams in day-to-day operations, helping to ensure that development work, testing records and manufacturing processes remain well organised, traceable and aligned with CLS quality standards.
Laboratory Assistant
Sandra is part of the CLS laboratory team and plays an important role in turning product concepts into real prototype samples.
As a chemist, she supports daily laboratory work, prepares client samples, and contributes to formulation development, stability testing, and practical product optimisation.
Her hands-on work helps ensure that new formulations are not only creative, but also technically feasible, stable, and ready for the next development stage.
PhD — EU Regulatory & Safety Assessment Advisor
Gerard Stulen holds a PhD in Chemistry and brings more than 20 years of experience as a qualified EU cosmetic safety assessor.
As an external advisor to Cosmetic Labsolutions, he supports our team on EU cosmetic regulations, product safety assessments and regulatory decision-making.
His scientific background and long-standing expertise strengthen CLS’s commitment to safe, compliant and professionally documented cosmetic products for the European market.
